This place is strategically located—it’ll be a breeze to plan your visit! It’s ideal for families or if you’re travelling with a group of friends, situated in the heart of La Fortuna, just 10 minutes from the hot springs and tourist attractions, and 250 metres from the central park.

When you step inside the villa, you’ll be transported to a wonderful place, full of good taste and style, with a large terrace, a pool, air-conditioned rooms, and premium mattresses so you can rest after a long day of activities.
The house and all its areas are for the guest’s exclusive use.

Main Gate: It has a small door that you can open to enter and exit without having to open the entire gate.

View of the Volcano: From the pool, you can see the summit of the volcano; from the parking area and the second terrace, you can also see the imposing Arenal Volcano and the beautiful sunsets.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom features air conditioning, a small closet, a blanket, good lighting, and a comfortable bed with premium mattresses to ensure guests get a good night’s rest. Behind each door, you’ll find hooks for hanging towels.

Annex Room: This room is attached to the house and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the volcano. It features 3 queen-size beds, a full bathroom, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, air conditioning, a closet, and a small refrigerator.
This annex room is made available when booking for more than 6 guests at an additional cost of $35 per guest starting with the 6th guest, per night; otherwise, it will remain closed in order to offer a better rate for stays with 6 guests or fewer.
Please note that if you open and use this room without prior permission, you will be charged a fine of $50 per day of stay

Kitchen:
The kitchen is small and features an induction cooktop. You’ll also find a microwave, coffee maker, small conventional oven, toaster, electric kettle, blender, a spacious refrigerator, pots, pans, and a wide variety of utensils so you can cook any dish.

TV Room:
There are two TV rooms—one inside the house and another on the terrace. On both screens, you can watch 90 TV channels, YouTube, and Netflix (for which you’ll need to log in to your account).
If you like to exercise, you can play YouTube on the TV on the terrace and follow along with some Zumba, Taebo, or aerobics classes.

BBQ Area:
On the terrace, you’ll find a charcoal grill
, a sink, grilling utensils, and a large dining table so you can sit back and enjoy a meal while taking in the fresh air and the view of the pool.

Bathrooms:
The house features a full bathroom and elegant finishes throughout the interior. In this bathroom, you’ll find bath towels in a basket.
The other bathroom is located outside the house, where you’ll find a large, separate shower—accessible for people with disabilities—and a toilet. Here you’ll find 6 pool towels.
The third bathroom is located in the adjoining room, which guests will have access to if the reservation is for more than 6 people or if they have made a prior request.

Pool:
The pool has a light, which you should turn on if you’re going to use it at night and then turn off to save energy.
The pool pump turns on and off automatically at different times of the day to ensure the pool stays clean.
Iván is the man in charge of maintaining the pool; he comes every 3 days, usually in the mornings. His schedule may vary, but if you want to know the exact time and days he’ll arrive, feel free to ask me.

Laundry:
The laundry room is located on the property itself, in a separate area where you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, sink, broom, iron, ironing board, floor cleaner, and disinfectant. If you use the laundry room, you’ll need to purchase your own detergent and any other supplies you need for washing. You’ll also find some pool toys here.

Early Check-in: If you need to check in early, you can do so for an additional fee of $20,. You may check in starting at 8 a.m.; this option is subject to availability.

Parking: The house has a spacious parking area that can accommodate 10 vehicles. It’s important to note that the property is fully enclosed by a wall, making it a very secure location.
