This log home sits in the Helena Valley on a man-made private water skiing lake. There are a lot of activities to do in the area. Lake days, fly fishing on the Missouri River, mountain biking and hiking are just a few.

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom log lake home sits on about 12 acres with no immediate neighbors. You have your own dock to swim and float from. The house sits about 45 minutes from some of the best fly fishing in the country. Within 15 minutes you can be hiking the popular Mount Helena trails or mountain biking some of the best trails in the state.

The house is fully furnished and has a full kitchen, propane BBQ, cable television, washer and dryer, and internet. In the evening you can enjoy sitting on the deck and having dinner next to the lake or enjoy an nice evening walk around the lake.

Beautiful spot

The location was great! Close to town but yet on a beautiful private lake. My Dad enjoyed sitting and watching the skiers go by from the deck.

Great Family Weekend!

We enjoyed spending time together at this beautiful Montana home. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. There is a great lawn space for the little kids to run and neighborhood was very quiet. It’s close enough to town for whatever you need, but out of the way to feel relaxed. We most enjoyed the back porch watching the kids and sometimes water skiers.

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. It is in an absolutely beautiful setting. The neighborhood feels very rural, quiet, and private, but it is just a couple minutes from a grocery store, Costco, and restaurants. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful location and fun watching the water skiers!

Had a phenomenal time at this place! The location is out of the way enough to be secluded but close enough for all the necessities. Home is fantastic for having a big family and/or friends over for a gathering. Have a jump in No Wake Lake but give the skiers the right of way

Short visit to attend a wedding

The house was beautiful, clean, and an awesome retreat from the chaos of the wedding. We enjoyed our time at Ryan's Place. It would be fun when the weather was warmer to watch happenings on the lake. But alas, it was cold and snowy. Nice location.

Beautiful property

We wanted a place to hang out as a family and spend time together. This house by the little lake was perfect. The kids swam and we all hung out on the perfectlty manicured lawn. In the evenings, we enjoyed the deck and grilling dinner. Would definitely recommend this house to enjoy the beauty of MT!

Space & Relax

We stayed with our family and another family for a tournament in town. Just 5 minutes into town, easy access, and lots nearby. We spent evenings outside playing cornhole (we brought them with us), relaxed on the dock, threw a frisbee and football around, and walked the neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings and views from the house. Living room area was really comfortable with an upstairs option for the teenagers to go hang. Such a great space! We loved our time at Ryan’s and would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

A beautiful home with deer in the morning and a variety of birds singing away. Loved watching the skiiers on the lake and jumping in to cool off. Master bedroom closet is locked, so nowhere to hang clothes but there are plenty if drawers. Beautiful sunrises and evening sky.

Lovely home in beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

The property is lovely. The long waterway out front attracts geese and water skiers which added to our enjoyment. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very quiet and restful...we loved coming back to the property after wedding festivities to relax. Some suggestions: It got warm upstairs due to a lack of air conditioning vents and the problem with torn screens or lack of screens negated efforts to open the windows ...that was an issue. A bit of 'spiffying' up (washing windows, replacing torn screens, taking down broken tp holders and a bit of paint would turn this property into an absolute 5 star VRBO. Thank you for the great weekend!

The place has very few dressers in any of the rooms to put clothes away and closets that are way too small or nonexistent. There are no extra blankets to be found anywhere. The kitchen, utensils, pots and pans and spatulas, etc. are inadequate, old and useless.They have a lot of utensils but it’s just a junk pile. If you’re in the bottom, bedroom and people are walking around upstairs, you hear every sound.

Beautiful Property!

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation from Carroll College in this home. This log house was lovely, private and serene. It has a beautiful lake view and dock. The surrounding property was perfect for outdoor games. Location is not far from grocery store, college or downtown. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Week

My youngest daughter got married in Helena and my family stayed at Ryan's house prior to and after the wedding. The house was great, we had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. It was very relaxing sitting out on the deck in the evening and enjoying the view of Helena from the valley. Our Grand kids really had a blast watching the water skiers practice and playing in the yard. I would definitely stay here again, thanks for sharing your home with my family Ryan!

Wedding gathering

This was a beautiful place to gather with family. Lots of room inside and out for little ones to play and adults to relax. Location was far enough from town to be really peaceful, but close enough to our wedding ceremony and venue.
