The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a restored villa. It accommodates 4 guests. It consists of a living room area with a sofa bed, a dining room and a kitchenette, and a sleeping area with a large bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances, air conditioning, hotel bedding and toiletries. Everything you need is in one place, which will make your stay at Villa Wawel a real vacation!

Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, both prepared for them: coffee, tea, etc., as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.). We provide fresh linens and towels. On request, we provide a portable baby crib. WIFI is available in the apartment.

Due to the location of the apartment, we ask you very much to observe the House Rules,
mainly in terms of maintaining curfew from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (absolute prohibition on
organizing parties after 10:00 pm) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Any violation of the rules will result in the initiation of the collection process and the collection of a deposit.

1) Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2) Don't allow unverified people into the apartment.
3. you are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred
during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs.
4th Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly forbidden if they have not been
discussed in advance with the host.
6) Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
7. non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time
penalty fee.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day,
unless otherwise agreed in the description.
