The house 'Red & Yellow', recently renovated, is located 50 m from the lake, in the historic village of Suna. The apartment, with internet, is on two levels: the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds). a bathroom with shower, a hallway and a balcony overlooking green area.
On the second floor there is a large kitchen, a living room with sofa bed for two people, a large bathroom with tub and shower possibilities, a balcony overlooking the lake.

The apartment was very welcoming, communication with the host was great. The location was very good. We will come back. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen was fully furnished, there was a welcome basket with everything your heart desires. Parking spaces are about 50 meters away.

Perfect stay and great destination

Andrea was very quick in communication and very helpful. The House is big and has very good equipment. The only point of criticism is the parking situation, but this is an area-problem. We had a great stay

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean and spacious. Everything you might need is available. The neighborhood is beautiful and the walk to the nearby beach is very short. We will definitely come back!

Great hospitality and everything you need to enjoy your vacation

The hosts of this charming house have thought of everything possible to make one's vacation enjoyable. Their sense of hospitality is outstanding. The welcome was warm and personal, the utilities in the house worked perfectly, the kitchen was clean, fully equipped and very practical. A small problem with connectivity was resolved in no time. Nights were quiet and relaxing, the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you ever so much, and congratulations!

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus mit Rot- und Gelbtönen mitten im alten Ortsteil Suna, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet mit Wohnmöbeln, Küchenzubehör, Hygieneartikeln, Spielen, Büchern etc., Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus sieht man seitlich den See.Ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieterin, die zur Begrüßung einen großen Korb mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken in der Küche bereit gestellt hat, die Kommunikation funktioniert bestens. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man mit Glück am Seeufer, nicht weit bis zum Haus.Restaurants, Cafés, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Apotheke sind fußläufig erreichbar.Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben.

Wir können die vorangegangenen positiven Bewertungen nur betätigen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich , zurvorkommend, bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Vieles wird einfach ,abgesehen von dem liebevoll angerichteten Begrüßungskorb, den hier einige erwähnt haben , noch bereit gestellt : Toilettenpapier , Gewürze , Öl und Essig u. a. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Wir können die Gastgeber und die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir einzig , dass man Insektengitter/Netze an den Fenstern zum Schutz gegen Schnaken anbringen könnte.Grazie mille per il bel tempo trascorso nel suo appartamento per le vacanze

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison à 5 personnes, 2 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé. La maison est super, très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Elle est dans le petit village très calme de Suna qui fait partie de Verbania, à 100m d’une très belle plage publique. Des places de parking gratuites sont accessibles juste à côté, il y a des pistes cyclables pour aller jusqu’au centre ville. Bref, tout était parfait !

Gemütliches Haus nur wenige Gehminuten von verschiedenen Stränden, Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt (sogar Strandspielzeug und Schwimmflügel waren da). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr, sehr sauber. Die Küche war auch sehr gut mit Allem ausgestattet. Ein Geschenkekorb mit Allerlei war auch auf dem Küchentisch gestanden. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Parkmoeglichkeiten gibt es am See, weil man die Unterkunft nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Adresse um Urlaub zu machen.

This property was perfect for us! There is no parking on the property, but once we figured out where to park on the street it was great. The landlords left us a basket of pastas, sauces ,bread, milk even Nutella in the well-stocked kitchen! Everything was functional and easy, and either Andrea or his sister were always available and even met us with the keys on the first night to give us a tour. The church bells every evening were fantastic, as was the Osteria they recommended, Dam a Traa. Would recommend!

Wir haben ein wirklich es tolles langes Wochenende in Andreas Haus verbracht. Man hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und die Küche ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Andrea hatte uns einen schönen Korb voll mit Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt, damit wir fürs Frühstück ausgerüstet waren. Zudem gibt es im Haus viele schöne Details, wie Nachtlichter für Kinder, zusätzliche Decken, Spielzeug und Pflegeprodukte. Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort und man braucht keine 5min zu Fuß bis zum See. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter und gut eingerichtetes Haus.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Super lieb von den Gastgebern war der große Proviantkorb mit Pasta, Pesto, Soßen, Brot, Marmelade, Nutella, Keksen, Wein und Bier. Im Kühlschrank hatte man für uns zwei Packungen Milch kalt gestellt. Sehr praktisch ist natürlich die Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschmittel, Seife, Hygieneartikel und Toilettenpapier wurden bereitgestellt, ein hervorragender Service.Es war allerdings recht schwierig, diese versteckte Unterkunft zu finden, sie liegt inmitten sehr enger Gassen, was ein näheres Heranfahren mit dem Auto unmöglich macht. Parkmöglichkeiten sind weiter weg, mit Gepäck ist das schon eine Herausforderung.Einen schönen Ausblick hat das Haus leider nicht. Die Sauberkeit der Böden ist verbesserungswürdig und die Gläser in der Küche waren leider ebenfalls schmutzig.

Wir waren das zweite Mal nach 2022 in Suna in dem kleinen Häuschen.Wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt war alles optimal - das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet, es ist an alles gedacht. Die Vermieter kümmern sich optimal um alle Anliegen. Die Umgebung ist ideal - mehrere Strände sind fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zügig erreichbar (der näheste zu Fuß in einer Minute), ein "Tante Emma" Laden mit frischen Backwaren sowie einige Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Café Estremaduro, eine Cocktailbar, liegt ums Eck und bietet neben genialen Cocktails diverse hochklassige Grappe an.Ein klitzekleines Manko ist, dass das Haus über keinen Parkplatz verfügt (wobei der Charme des Hauses durch die Lage mitten in der Altstadt einen direkten Parkplatz unmöglich macht). Allerdings finden sich kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe, die gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.Wir werden sicherlich irgendwann wieder nach Suna in das Haus kommen.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sehr gut und schnell weitere Fragen auch während des Aufenthaltsgeklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage des Hauses in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See war zum täglichen Schwimmen toll.

Sehr gemütlich und empfehlenswert

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Wohnung ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden, aber uns wurde super geholfen. In der Wohnung ein riesiger Korb mit Lebensmitteln. Vermieter für alle Fragen immer ansprechbar.Auto muss ein bisschen entfernt geparkt werden, 2 Treppen innerhalb der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wirklich sehr nett unbedingt empfehlenswert !

Toller Aufenthalt und eine schöne Zeit

Auf den ersten Blick klein, aber schon kurz danach zeigt sich eine Menge Platz. Vor allem aber: die Vermieterin stellt alle nur denkbaren und brauchbaren Gegenstände zur Verfügung. Bis hin zur Verpflegungsbox. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Pfingsten

Die Lage war nicht optimal. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber besonders die Küche nicht und ihre Ausstattung. Die Matratzen waren unbequem und auf dem Sofa konnte man gar nicht sitzen. Sehr alt und schmutzig mit Gerüche. Die Kommunikation war gut und unproblematisch! Ich kann das Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Dieses Ferienhaus im historischen Kern von Suna hat alles was bis zu sechs Leute von einem Ferienhaus erwarten! Insbesondere hat uns die gut ausgestatte Küche mit dem großen Tisch für bis zu sechs Leute, aber auch die zwei schönen Bäder und die drei voneinander gut getrennt nutzbaren Schlafzimmer gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist nur wenige Meter von der Promenade und freie kostenlose Parkplätze sind zumindest in der Vorsaison nicht weit weg.

Wunderhübsches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage und nahe am Strand

Wir waren in diesem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Alles ist super sauber und die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Es war liebevoll im rot gelb Farbkonzept eingerichtet und strahlte in warmen Farben. Angelica stellt alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Über Klopapier, Spül- und Waschmittel, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher,, Spüllappen. Fön. Das Haus liegt ruhig bis auf Glockenläuten und Hühnergackern. Das Parken ist ein Abenteuer und das Laufen vom Parkplatz mit Einkäufen in der Hitze nicht immer lustig. Wir haben es auch mit unserem Berlingo bis vor die Haustür geschafft, um das Gepäck auszuladen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese Ferienunterkunft, die gleich mit ihrem Charme unsere Heimat auf Zeit geworden ist! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
