Enjoy your perfect holidays in this house with a private garden in Charneca da Caparica, ideal for a family with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is only 5 minutes away by car from the beach areas, located in a quiet place.

The property features 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Outside you'll find a green area where you can relax, diner and take a refreshing shower. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 40€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

The photos made the place look much larger than it actually is. It is not a house, it is a trailer. There is no “garden” to speak of. The lights from the pharmacy were so bright at night we had to hang a blanket over the door. If we slept with the bedroom door closed, there was no air circulation. We could hear our neighbors sneezing through the walls.
