We had a great time staying at this Villa. It was clean and well maintained. The pool area was lovely and quite. The WIFI stretched to the pool area which was a bonus. Great location close to Cannes, Antibes with Nice, Monte Carlo and St Tropez a little further. The host returned all communications quickly and was very helpful.

Enjoyable Villa and a very nice location

We rented the property for one week and are really happy with our stay. The property manager gave us good information before and met us when we got there to show us and to tell us everything we needed to know. The villa is on a quiet, secure and nice area wich is central and close ti Valbonne.

Great communication with host at all times. The villa is in a lovely quiet gated community with private pool plus larger communal pool with table tennis etc. It’s also a short walk to a nice bakery and small supermarket. We hadn’t realised the mezzanine bedroom didn’t have aircon and was up very tight ladder-like steps, this made it essentially unusable for us which was disappointing as we booked based on it having three bedrooms. Check in is within a 4 hour window or you have to pay extra for someone to meet you with the key. I believe the VRBO advert has been updated to show this now but it wasn’t clear when we booked. Check out is 10am, we were ready to go around 9 and had to hang around until the cleaner arrived at almost 10am, again this wasn’t made clear to us. Overall, this is a good two bed villa in a nice location with many beautiful places a short car journey away.

Due to its open-plan design, it is cooled directly by the main living room’s air conditioning unit situated right below it. ​Check-In Policy & Late Fees: The VRBO platform only permits setting a single "check-in after" time rather than a custom window. Arriving close to midnight requires dedicated out-of-hours staffing, making late check-in tariffs standard practice. We have added these specific rates to the listing’s additional information section for extra clarity. ​Check-Out Handover: You indicated a 10:00 AM departure, and our cleaner arrived promptly at 10:00 AM. Had we known you were ready at 9:00 AM, we would have done our best to adjust, but we can only plan around the time provided to us. ​Property Damage: Thank you for settling the payment for replacing the garden coffee table that was damaged during your stay. ​We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We had a wonderful holiday. During our two-week stay, the house truly became our home. Its relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, together with Vittorio’s warm hospitality, made it easy to settle in and simply enjoy our stay. Vittorio was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, incredibly responsive, and always happy to answer any questions we had.The outdoor spaces are the real highlight. We loved how the terraces connect directly to the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The pool was wonderful, and its position in the lower part of the garden gave the kids their own space to splash around while we could still relax nearby and feel close to them. We also enjoyed many relaxed family dinners around the barbecue. After exploring the busy Côte d’Azur, it was always a pleasure to return to the peace and privacy of the domaine.We stayed here with our three young teenagers, and the house worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom was much appreciated, and the large TV was a hit during the football World Cup.With a supermarket just minutes away, plus tennis courts and a communal pool in the domaine, everything was in place for a relaxing stay. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.

Heerlijk huis in een mooie buurt.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis is goed uitgerust. Keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur en benodigdheden. De airco was erg fijn aangezien het 38 graden was. Het zwembad op het park en de tennisbanen waren een pre.
