Really lovely property - the property is as described and we loved our stay. Plenty of heating and hot water with comfy beds and large bedrooms. The welcome basket was second to none and there was everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we visit our friends again. Thank you

Victoria House is a unique and fabulous property. We loved our 6 night stay. It's a good size for a family of 4 (with 2 teenage boys) Plenty of space and a huge lounge. We all had really good sized bed rooms with plenty of storage and comfy beds. And the ensuite bathroom in 2 of the rooms was perfect,so we all ended up with our bathroom.Kitchen had everything you needed,and lots of extras,tea,coffee,sugar,butter,kitchen towel,foil. All the things you don't necessarily want to buy for just a week,and forget to bring.And some lovely welcome gifts which the boys enjoyed. (And fizz which we appreciated) Very sensitive smoke detector in the kitchen that goes off everytime you use the toaster. So just make sure you turn on the extractor fan and open the back door.(a handy way to wake up the teenagers though)We visit Devon every year to see family and this was the most characterful house we have stayed in. And would definitely return.
