Great family weekend

Lucky with the weather so took advantage with walking and swimming. Great house for family meals and games.

Ideal location in the Witterings

The house was really everything we hoped for - a great layout for us, very well presented inside, a nice spacious garden, and the perfect location for the beach. Easy access to everything we love in the Witterings and surrounding area!

Good place to stay

We were taking a short r and r break and this was just the right place for us. We had stayed here a couple of years ago and was glad to find that this was still a well equipped property. It is in a quiet location within easy reach of the beach and many local walks. If you want to take a rest from driving , there is a bus stop nearby with a good service. No problems with booking i and good contact from the local agency.

Spacious house which was very clean for our arrival. Kitchen is so well equipped with plenty of mugs, plates, cutlery etc. comfortable beds & a decent shower in the main bathroom. There’s a second shower room downstairs for larger groups. A contained garden made it safe for our grandson. Parking for 1 car outside the house. Easy access to West Wittering beach , a local play park & a pub & cafe. East Wittering is a 5 min drive with shops & cafes/restaurants. Host welcomed us & turned the heating on as was a bit nippy on arrival. Nice touch of leaving laundry powder, washing up liquid, shower gel & plenty of toilet paper.

Old, and a bit run down. Smelled of animals- dog.cat. Beds uncomfortable. Well stocked in the kitchen.
