The Tallow factory was just perfect for our family stay in Dedham..Nicely located just off Dedham high street and next to a recommended pub. The cottage has excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen and spacious garden in which to relax.A special mention also for the extremely comfy beds. I can definitely recommend.

Lovely building, clean, well-furnished and equipped, in beautiful location. Host very helpful and responsive to queries and requests. Pub next door can be a little noisy of an evening at the weekend but not unreasonably.

Wonderful stay in Dedham Retreat

A splendid family UK holiday. Lou was a fantastic host and Dedham was such a lovely town. Tallow Factory was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Character house near high street

Beautiful property with lots of character and space. 50yrds off high street and Sun inn pub. Dedham is a beautiful village and highly recommend staying at this property

A Family Trip To Remember

The Tallow Factory is a wonderful character-filled place for a family or group gathering, in the heart of Dedham Village and the surrounding Dedham Vale. The ground floor has three comfortable entertaining areas, if you include the walled garden along with the wood beamed lounge and large country kitchen. Upstairs easily sleeps 8-10 people. The neighboring Sun Inn serves excellent food. Thoroughly recommend!!
