Lake Kaweah Ranch overlooks beautiful Lake Kaweah. For those attending world ag expo we are a scenic 45 minute drive. You’re welcome to reach out for driving information.
This home is under NEW ownership and has been tastefully updated and redone. We are excited to offer brand new amenities and furnishings for our guests!

We are at the entrance to Three Rivers. There is not another vacation home around that has the views we offer! Breathtaking views of the lake and the Sequoia's above.

This property is eight miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Drive down the driveway and head directly across the street to Horse Creek Recreation area and campground where you can access the lake and recreation area.

Did I mention this property has 126 acres of PRIVATE land to enjoy the sights of wildlife and admire lush mountain land!

Visit Sequoia National Park - California's first national park and America's second oldest park. Visit the General Sherman Tree, the earth's largest living tree. Take a walk through Giant Forest and hike up Moro Rock. Take a tour of Crystal Cave (open May-September) and see almost 250 caves formed of limestone.

Drive up our paved and secured driveway that encircles the house. Here there is adequate parking for four vehicles. Our ranch encompasses over 126 rural, mountainous acres. Private and secluded on top of the hill. No need to worry about neighbors or other guests disturbing your stay.

Lake Kaweah Ranch offers three well crafted bedrooms in the main house, and a separate (approximately 100’ away), expansive 1200+ square foot loft above our 1000' game room for guests to enjoy. Our game room is ideal for families to commune and play pool, shuffleboard, darts, cards, or ping pong.

Outside there is a basketball hoop with plenty of room to shoot baskets on our paved driveway. Lake Kaweah Ranch also has a full horsehoe pit overlooking the lake in our grassy area.

Step outside onto the deck that is fully covered. There are two patio tables that seat twelve people. Gorgeous views show off Lake Kaweah, the mountains around, and the serenity of the ranch itself.

Exciting news: we have just installed a brand new six person spa on the deck for guest use! Sit and enjoy the incredible views of the lake and nature!

Washer and dryer available for guest use.

From August through rain season, Lake Kaweah has minimum water pool. Lake levels rise when the rain and run off from snow pack comes. This means there is still water in the lake for boaters and swimmers, however not as much as a normal season provides.

Unless otherwise agreed upon with owner, normal check in time is 3:30pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:30am on the day of your departure.

*Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay.*
We will be following our regular cancellation policy as this has been going on for some time. If you are not comfortable with our cancellation policy or are concerned that you may become ill or not be in a position to travel I do recommend you purchasing outside trip insurance which would cover refunding your stay in the event you need to cancel.

The amenities were amazing. The view was beautiful and we would definitely recommend staying here.The only feedback I would give is that some of the cookware were not cleaned properly. But overall, no complaints.

Our stay was terrible. We received no help from the owner, and decided to not fulfill our stay. There was alive and dead bugs everywhere in the house, including kitchen utensils and bath towels. The bed and pillow was like sleeping on a pile of old phone books, hard as a rock. The place was dirty including in the bar area, game room, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. Kitchen fan and cabinets, game room, bar area were run down and damaged. Even the paddles for ping pong and pool sticks were old and damaged.

There were 13 of my family on vacations to visit national parks. This was a great place to stay. We especially liked the large deck with plenty of tables and seating for a large group. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning.

Amazing!!

This property was as described and more! It was quiet and the lake view and sunsets were stunning. The house was clean, well appointed and up to date. This was our base for treks to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. If we weren’t so exhausted from hiking we may have used the game room more. We enjoyed all of the birds, bunnies, etc outside from the big covered porch. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Three rivers for the last 10 years every three months for our dads and sons gathering and the last time we stayed at R-K ranch and I’m very happy that we find this place with a beautiful setup, great view and a fun game room! Everyone in the group loved this place and will be our spot moving forward….

Very nice and quiet place to stay. We loved the game room.Everything was great only one little issue we never found the control for the tv for the living room in the main house but we are not tv fans. The property owner was very and promptly responded all our questions when we needed.

Beautiful view but unexpected issues

The view from this house over the valley and lake is beautiful. The house has been tastefully updated and the new spa on the patio is great. There are plenty of dishes for a large group. However, we experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen cupboards and the bathroom shower and toilet. Also, the light and outlets didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. There was no WiFi which made it hard to contact the host. We also weren’t expecting the loft and game room to be separate from the house. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there is some room for improvement.

Our family of 6 were looking for a home to retreat to and relax when not in the park and this place offered just that! Family trip from the beautiful veiws of Maine to breath taking veiws of Cali.

This home was the perfect for us, 6 adults and 5 teenager. The home has an absolutely breath taking view of Lake Kaweah and the surrounding mountains. Superbe maison avec de très belles prestations a la seule exception de l’absence de lave vaisselle

Le ranch est au top. Une vue magnifique, de très belles prestations, une salle de jeux geniale pour les enfants. Tres très bien equipé avec lave linge seche linge, jacuzzi, clim hyper efficace… Mais un gros point noir: pas de lave vaisselle… a ce niveau de prix et de prestations c’est surprenant… nous etions 10 avec 6 enfants. J’ai passé 2h par jour à faire la vaisselle… j’avais envisagé mon sejour a Three Rivers autrement. Effectivement l’annonce ne mentionne pas la presence d’un lave vaisselle mais quand je reserve une maison a 700$ la nuit, je ne verifie pas ce point qui parait aussi évident que la presence d’un frigo. Il serait bon egalement de laver les vitres de temps en temps. C’est dommage d’avoir des carreaux sale avec une telle vue.

Home was nice. Great game room. It is detached from main home so having younger kids stay there stay from parents was slightly unnerving. Views were amazing. Only complaint was that the cleaning crew was there well past check in and when trying to get a hold of property manager they did not answer or return phone call. Other than that is was an amazing stay

Sequoia/Kings Family Trip

Separate space for kids was fantastic. Cleanliness issue was really just a matter of bugs. They were not in the living space exactly, just in the game room and rafters. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Linens and bedding were also very clean. Hot tub was nice but it was too hot outside for us to enjoy it fully. AC worked well. Some small household utensils were missing. Sheet pan and BBQ tools would be helpful.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4, with 3 bedrooms in the main house. We all loved having the hot tub just outside the front door, and we used the game room every night. It was also nice to have our coffee on the front deck in the mornings while enjoying the beautiful views and sounds of nature. The plum trees were an added bonus. It was a great place for us to stay while exploring the parks and the Kaweah River and lake.

Why they chose this property

This property is as private as you can find! On top of that, the feel that you get driving up the hill, and the views that you have when you standing outside the house looking 360 degrees all around you! We have variety of wildlife including deer, wild hogs and wild turkeys that pass through this property and the owners also run cattle on the vast acreage.
Quiet, serene, and without neighbors...what else can you ask for! I love knowing that you are directly across from the lake, a short walk or drive to enjoy the rivers that flow into Lake Kaweah, the village of Three Rivers, and Sequoia National Park.

What makes this property unique

This property is ideal for large familes! The game room is a great bonus for families to enjoy! From shuffleboard to pool, or outside horseshoes and basketball, there truly is something here for everyone to enjoy!
