The villa has 4 bedrooms - 2 double rooms on the ground floor each with their own ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. 2 seperate toilets. A 30m2 large modern kitchen/dining area, a spacious lounge with Satelite TV, an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Free fibre WIFI in- and outside the property.

The large patio with a dining table invites for outdoor living. Barbecue and outdoor lightning for your evenings. Private heated pool (May/June//Sept/Oct) for your EXCLUSIVE use.

Dog friendly too! Maximum 2 dogs at any time. A fabulous place to unwind, to explore the region, have great walks, cycles, or to just relax! The market town of Bram with many shops & animation is 10mins away! Carcassonne 20mins , Canal du Midi 10mins, Toulouse 35mins, the seaside 60mins.
