Located in a quiet neighborhood three minutes from Waldport Oregon with exceptional ocean views in a private wooded setting. Three blocks from beach access with miles and miles to explore. There is a trail below the house that leads to a hidden lake which is a great walk.
One Hundred Thousand Welcomes is the perfect home base for discovering the central Oregon coast.
To the south is the charming village of Yachats and beautiful rocky coastline of Cape Perpetua and all the breathtaking views in between.
To the north is Seal Rock, Newport and Depoe Bay, offering interesting and fun activities for everyone. From whale watching and fishing, surfing and kayaking, tide pooling to art galleries. Not to mention lots of eclectic eateries. The list can go on and on. You are in a perfect location to experience it all.

And, the hot tub was clean and definitely a bonus!

The 2 of us stayed at this lovely home several nights in July, less than 5 min walk from beautiful beach, which we enjoyed. We always had places to visit by day, so mostly we were there in mornings & evenings. Kitchen had all we needed to cook breakfast, and huge views on the sea were ever-present & unforgettable. Appreciated the pre-chilled beer glasses. House very well stocked with sundries like towels, blankets, games, some good books. Incredible care has been taken by the owners to furnish & decorate everywhere with beautiful nick nacks. We enjoyed the "dogs of fame" photos and other canine items. Sun room is wonderful place to hang out, and yard with chipmunk & birds. Neighborhood is quiet. Temperature control is excellent (just turn thermostat to set temp, do not tap as instructions say). Sunny days heat up the house but windows in sunroom & kitchen can quickly cool it down. Furnace powerful & responsive, electrical outlets & hot water plentiful. We slept very well on comfy bed. On clear evenings, sunsets are gorgeous, medicine for the soul. Master shower needs a curtain for privacy. Restaurant options dwindle rapidly after 8; plan accordingly. Payment of the 2 installments was a bit awkward because management requires CVV code via email or phone, and it took several tries to reach them. But once we arrived, the property was a dream and well worth the effort and expense. An unforgettably serene and comfortable home - would love to stay there again.

Cozy cousin weekend

We had a wonderful stay at sandpiper village. The house was cute, clean and cozy. There were lots of little thoughtful touches and the big windows gave a beautiful view to the ocean. The short walk down to the beach was easy! Sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the ocean was our favorite part! We would definitely come back !
