Lovely studio (25 m2), very bright (afternoon sun), vintage Nordic design, newly renovated in full, with an excellent location: just 3 minutes walk from the beach (170m), and next to the park of the Paloma. It has 3 communal swimming pools, and gardens.

- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
- Private bathroom complete with vintage style shower. Towels and shampoo are included. Hair dryer.
- Sofa-bed design Italian opening with comfortable mattress 140x200m, and visco elastic pillows, for a guaranteed rest. They include sheets, bedspread, blanket.
- Space with round dining table and two armchairs, of Nordic decoration, with beautiful clear views to the mountain, and lateral to the sea.
- 49 "led TV with Smart TV.
- Includes free WIFI excellent speed. Fiber 50 MB.
- Air conditioning hot / cold.
- Includes umbrella and towels for the beach.
- Iron and ironing board.
