is truly unique, with a magnificent view that can be enjoyed from its windows. the place is very comfortable, featuring a queen-size bed and a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV with Alexa in the bedroom, and the living room features a spacious area with a queen-size sofa bed and a 75-inch Samsung 4K TV. It also has a kitchen with a bar counter and stools, as well as a lovely breakfast nook. The space is beautifully decorated and is located in the Bella Vista area, which is near Laguna del Náinari; which is not only a quiet area but also very well located, close to restaurants, a shopping centre, banks, Cafenio, convenience stores, a food park, and more.

1. Can I stay a few more hours after check-out?
A: Please let your host know your approximate departure time in advance to avoid keeping the next guest waiting.

Please respect the house rules: NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM. If you wish to smoke, please use the terrace area. Keep the room tidy and clean, and please keep noise and music to a reasonable level.

Pets are not allowed, as there are three Golden Retrievers on the property. They sometimes go out to the garage or terrace; they are very peaceful and calm. However, when they see other pets, their territorial instincts can disrupt the peace.
