Extremely clean. Beautiful place. Top floor is crawl space size so it may be uncomfortable for large or claustrophobic people and difficult to inhabit if elder.

We received one towel per person for our stay. You are charged if you request more.The espresso machine was broken.The TV remote needed batteries (which they did provide upon request)There were 2 wet towels in the linen closet. Additional comforters were thrown in unfolded.And the place is quite small: the third loft "bedroom" is 4 feet high floor to ceiling.Good luck with that.Close to the main square & castle, however.
