Bus stops to Valletta and other localities are within walking distance just 5 minutes away. The property has a large dining and living area leading to a well sized front balcony, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 main and 1 en-suite), 3 large bedrooms (one with back balcony), storage room, laundry room and office area. The property is located on the second floor and it is served with lift. In the living room there is a sofa, TV Unit, office desk & a 32" Smart TV. You can access Netflix & other apps through the TV's Smart features. Wi-fi and basic TV reception is free. The dining table can sit 6 persons. The living area has access to a well sized furnished front balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For your safety we also installed a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket & a first aid kit. All rooms are airconditioned. The laundry contains a washer, a tumble dryer, a laundry rack, a hair dryer & ironing facilities. The main bedroom has a double bed & access to a balcony, ensuite bathroom & storage room. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, drawers, nightstands, extra blankets, linen & extra pillows. Luqa is located in the central region of Malta and it is well connected to the national public transportation network. Buses are available every 15 minutes. A trip to Valletta by bus takes approximately 10 minutes. The local village feast is held on the first week of July. A flea market is held every Monday morning. The town celebrates one of the most sought after Good Friday processions in Malta. Restaurants and bars are located within the Luqa square and at the Malta International Airport. In Luqa one can find supermarkets such as Lidl and convenience shops that are open till late.
