Beautiful apartment located in one of the most exclusive areas in the north of Bogota. Near Unicentro, Bulevar Niza, restaurants and more. Very quiet. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Master bedroom with private bathroom and relaxing living room. Great for families. All furniture and beds are almost new. The main ave, (Auto norte ave) is three blocks away, taxy and bus are available. The supermarket and pharmacies are at front apto (you have to cross the street).

The AirB&B from hell. Closet doors on second bedroom totally off the hinges, just leaning against the wall, failed to noticed cause didn’t used that bedroom good thing I bought insurance cause most likely I would end up paying for it. Got instructed to stripped the beds and put the sheets in washer machine, lucky we weren’t asked to scrub floors and toilets. Bathrooms were old, moldy and outdated. The most expensive, and worse AirB&B we ever stayed in! Simply horrendous! Had a medical emergency, that required a surgery procedure, so I we had to leave 5 days early and you guys refused to reimburse the difference. True Nightmare! Glad it wasn’t our first time staying in an AirB&B so we’d never do this again. Shop around people and don’t ever choose this place. Sincerely Alfonso Bernal

Thank you Alfonso for your suggestions and comments. If you have previously stayed on VRBO you know you have 24 hours to change your reservation and find another place. I don't understand if everything was so bad in the apartment?You did not make the decision to change ownership and let us know your suggestions and disagreements with the property. I recommend that you do it next time, because since I also like to guest VRBO a lot of times too the service, if I don't want to be in a quiet and pleasant place, the best thing I can do is change the property . I appreciate your suggestions because knowing what is not right in a place makes us improve our services. We really appreciate it!! makes us better!! Alfonso was nightmare as a guest. I do not recommend it at all to other guests. He never said anything about the property and I don't understand why he disagreed.
