Dear Atasun, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the location and the size of the apartment, though we understand the lack of a lift made it challenging for you. Kindly note that elevators are often not present in historic buildings in the city center due to architectural and preservation constraints. The charm of such buildings sometimes comes with a few stairs to climb. Please note that we have passed your comments about the cleaning to our housekeeping team to ensure they address any missed areas in the future. Additionally, your feedback about the water faucet has been forwarded to our maintenance team for immediate inspection. We appreciate your input and hope you will consider staying with us again, so we can provide you with a more seamless experience! Team Sanders
