Enjoy your vacation sitting on your oceanfront balcony at North Shore Villas.

The condo is directly oceanfront with master bedroom and living room access to the balcony. The condo has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four TV's.

The unit is located on the 7th floor with some beautiful views of the beach and ocean. You can sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly by!

There is a parking deck on property so high top vehicles may not be able to park.
The HOA only allows two parking spots/unit. We can provide a maximum of two parking passes for this property (there is a $5 fee for any parking pass not returned to the office upon check-out).

***North Shore Villas's amenities are accessible by a gate access that is opened by smart bracelets. There is a $25 per bracelet refundable deposit charged at (or prior to check-in). No bracelets will be provided until the office has received your deposit (bracelets will not be supplied after hours - you are responsible with making sure you have informed the office with how many bracelets you want and the providing the deposit before close of business day the day prior to your check-in day if you are checking in after hours). We can currently supply up to 4 bracelets.***

This building is *****NON-SMOKING*****. You cannot smoke in the unit, in the hallways, on the balcony, in the parking lot, etc.

***The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.***
