A comfortable and cosy 50-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building with an lift (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment boasts a strategic location, halfway between the centre of Udine and the hospital. The property is equipped with every comfort, including a spacious balcony, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi—everything to make your stay unforgettable!

One uncovered parking space is reserved for guests.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, access to the balcony, and AC vent;

- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, chest of drawers, AC vent, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with shower, laundry area, sink, bidet, and toilet;

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (AC vents in the living room and bedroom), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

One uncovered parking space reserved for guests is available in the inner courtyard.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;
