FOR RENT: Villa in a very quiet residential area in Pont d'Inca, 1 storey, 4 double bedrooms (1 in a loft), air conditioning in three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 en suite), dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, porch, swimming pool. Marble finishes.
A 5-minute walk to the Alcampo shopping centre. Quiet, dead-end street. Swimming pool. By car: 10 m to city centre Palma, 10 m to the airport, 5 m to restaurants, shops, a bakery, gyms, padel courts, and tennis courts, 5 m to the highway, and 5 m to the Festival Park outlet mall. A car is recommended.
The space
is an ideal home for families, as it’s in a very quiet area and close to everything by car 🚗—a car is highly recommended. The owners will welcome you at the property to answer any questions you may have, hand over the keys, give you a small welcome gift, and explain how everything in the house works. A cosy, single-story home, except for one bedroom in the loft. 4 bedrooms with double beds

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. The rooms were fantastic, the kitchen had everything we need for marking lunches and a large family BBQ on one occasion. The pool was brilliant for everyone to cool off and have some fun. Easy access to a large supermarketJust under 15 minutes from the airport. 15-20 minutes to Palma, Palma Nova
