Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property is not as advertised. No access to rooftop terrace (door locked and no key provided). No hot water for entire stay. Lift access to Level 6 only (not advised when booking secured) and had to carry heavy luggage via narrow stairwell to our level. Lift was out of operation for 7 days and then broke down again 3 days later. No basic kitchen & bathroom linen (except for 2 towels for entire 3 week stay). Had to purchase toaster and fry pan. Communication with host via WhatsAp not successful and not having an on-site person to ask questions is hopeless. Would not recommend booking this property especially for the inflated cost.
