The views and location were priceless! Hosts were amazing with communication and making sure everything was ok and we knew all the ins and outs before check in and check out! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

10/10 Condo was very clean, host was a very good communicator. We good see ocean from the living area and patio.The main bath shower was awesome! The bed was comfortable. This is the first time in a couple of years I hated to leave. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

My stay was more than I ever dreamed! The hosts were most accommodating and friendly. The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very private. I will return time and again for that stretch of beach is beyond breathtaking. Thank you for a month of relaxation as well as your kindness.

The Bowman's are amazing and their condo was wonderful! We love this area and loved staying in K-1. Our only concerns were mold found on some the kitchen pots.

Amber I am so glad you enjoyed your time with us. We provide dish cleaning supplies including SOS pads for our pots and pans so our guests can properly clean them. I will check into this immediately and rectify this situation. We have never had this complaint before, that is why we have Cuisinart stainless steel cookware for our guests. Paradise at the Point

We had a lovely stay ! We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset every day. The deck was just perfect. The unit itself was lovely and comfy and clean. We really enjoyed our time here.

Excellent location at the point! Lots of extra touches like luxury mattresses, comfortable living room suite and patio furniture. Fully stocked kitchen with Kuereg and drip coffee maker. Super clean also. Would definitely stay again!

You can’t get any closer to the beach than here! The condo is put together nicely, everything you need. It was nice to have a pool as well.
