Art Nouveau House with terrace in the heart of Chiaia

Your holiday immersed in the Neapolitan Art Nouveau style in the heart of the central Chiaia district will be characterized by romantic walks and breathtaking views, a few steps from the sea and all means of transport for quick travel throughout the city.

The apartment is on two levels and is equipped with all comforts (also for families). On the first level you will find a comfortable double bed with memory mattress and topper, to give comfort to your rest, a practical sofa with a 140 cm bed, useful for hosting two more people, and a bathroom with shower equipped with all comforts. Upstairs there is a living area with table and 4 chairs, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, crockery and everything you need for a moment of relaxation with tea, coffee and herbal teas.

It will also be possible to enjoy a roof terrace where you can admire a 180° panorama of the Gulf of Naples and relax with aperitifs at sunset, dinners or breakfasts in the morning. The terrace is equipped with sofas and armchairs for moments of relaxation, comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing and a 4 meter table with 8 seats.

The house is located in the Chiaia district, a very rich and elegant neighborhood, characterized by sumptuous Art Nouveau buildings, luxury shops and sunny walks a few steps from the sea of the Chiaia Riviera. Near the house there are bars, tobacconists and groceries available, furthermore the whole area is particularly rich in restaurants offering different types of cuisine, from typical Neapolitan cuisine to Peruvian cuisine, from the characteristic trattoria to the starred restaurant.
The neighborhood is directly connected to the Spanish quarters, the soul and expression of Neapolitan popular culture, and to the historic center, the beating heart of the city. Furthermore, for football fans, the Fuorigrotta stadium is two subway stops away.

A bus stop is right in front of the entrance door. The subway is a few steps away but given the strategic position we suggest following walking routes (which we will be happy to show you) lasting a maximum of 20 minutes, useful for totally immersing yourself in Neapolitan life and for being able to appreciate the dichotomy that characterizes the city.
