Fantastic stay at Casa Buccellato

This is a beautiful bright spacious property. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, it had comfortable furnishing and a comfortable bed. Everything you needed in the kitchen to cook. Tastefully decorated, we would love to return. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Lucca, it really is an oasis to return to especially in the heat, a bright airy apartment with great air conditioning to keep you cool and close to everything. Nothing it was perfect

Our favorite stop in Italy!

By far the nicest Apartment we have ever stayed in! Absolutely stunning home, furnished and stocked by the owner as his own home with impeccable taste. We loved Lucca and used it as a base to explore other towns as well including Florence, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi

Lucca is a lovely Town.

This place is even more lovely in person than in pictures. It’s extremely clean - it seems like everything was just renovated and brand new. It’s comfortable, well-decorated, and in a great part of town. It’s steps away from shops, grocery stores, pastry shops, and restaurants. Lucca is such a lovely town, and I couldn’t imagine anywhere better to stay.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and full of natural sunlight. Cristina was very welcoming with many great recommendations. We will definitely use Lucca Appartments and Villas for our next trip to Lucca.

Nice and comfortable with all the amenities. Only problem is that there were no lifts being we were on the highest floor.

A perfect Stay

This stay was perfect for us as it was at a great location in Lucca. Also the apartment is super clean, very stylish and it all looks pretty new to me. Manuel was super friendly to arrange a bottle of wine as I asked for it as a surprise for my partner. He also had great advice about what to see and do around Lucca. The apartment had the most beautiful view. Also its easy to walk from a free parking spot to the apartment itself.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The host was always available, friendly and very helpful. Our luggage was delayed by the airline and the host agreed to let them deliver it to their office because we were out visiting Pisa when it was scheduled for delivery. This was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely great location and superb apartment.

Lovely, quiet apartment with a well equipped kitchen really close to all the local shops and centre of Lucca. The representatives of Lucca Apartments were also very helpful if there were any problems. For someone who struggles with stairs this apartment isn't perhaps for you as it's on the top floor of a three storey building.

This apartment is within the walls of Lucca, a few moments from the walls themselves. For us it was perfectly placed near to all of the facilities of a small supermarket, bakery and gelato. Access is via some stairs, no lift which was no problem for us. Cristina met us at the apartment which was very easy to find. It is very light, very clean and modern and totally as described. We really enjoyed our week here; it was comfortable and a great place to retreat to at the end of each day.Lucca has a lovely feel where the local community is still very present, amongst the visitors and expat community.We stayed for a week and used the town as a hub. We didn’t hire a car and just relied on public transport. It has great efficient affordable transport links with trains to more tourist areas such as Pisa and Florence but without the frantic pace and chaos.

Highly recommended gem in Lucca

Fantastic apartment in superb location. Even though on 3rd floor, the unit itself is bright, light, cosy and beautiful - you forget the climb. Perhaps the small stair in bathroom is something to be super cautious about, just needs extra attention getting out of shower. Kitchen is well equipped. Views are beautiful. Bed and bedding is comfortable. Check-in and check-out was smooth, easy and helpful. As an extra treat, there’s a fantastic Pescheria downstairs next door, and gelato just across the road. Grocery also 50m. A great stay when in Lucca! Highly recommended Check-in and check-out was smooth, easy and helpful. Perhaps only to notice that floors were rather dusty, so it needed some extra cleaning to be able to walk barefoot.
