Fantastic location in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 minute walk to the beach and down town Seaside. Great for biking too.House is well stocked and comfortable.

This house is very nice and the location is unbeatable. Easily walkable to the retail district of Seaside, one block to the private beach access, and the pool is steps away. We loved how the house was on a one way street — very quiet and private. For the price, we felt that the pillows throughout the house needed an update. They were horrible. Also, guest should note that the loft “bedroom” is surrounded with windows with no blinds, up two steep flights of stairs from the nearest restroom. Not overly practical as a bedroom. We also were very concerned about the open window above the bench seat in the living room — very dangerous to not have that closed off.

The house was great. This was a fall break trip with my wife and 2 teenage kids and 3 of their friends. The management staff was great!. The only discrepancy is it really is only a 3 bedroom house. The loft isn't ideal to use as a bedroom as it is hot and gets very bright since there are no shades.

Great house steps from everything you want in Seaside!

We loved our stay at this house- so much great outdoor space and comfortable living spaces. So easy to walk to all the shopping, restaurants in town, great pool on site, and the beach! Property management company was easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommend for a group looking for a great place in Seaside!

Even better than expected!

We had the most amazing stay—this home exceeded all our expectations! It was even better than the photos, with incredible amenities and so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location truly couldn’t have been better—we walked everywhere with ease. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending evenings on the third-floor balcony, stargazing and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again!
