We had a great time at the apartment. Everything was very clean and the facilities we're excellent. We enjoyed the view and the sound of the sea. An added bonus was the parking space that came with the flat.

Modern apartment in top location

We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend the flat.Everything is very clean and still like new. The equipment is excellent. There was also enough space for our family with three children.The contact with the rental company was very friendly, uncomplicated and quick.Any time again.

Ramsgate stay

Flat was very modern, clean and well positioned for beach and harbour.Local rep team were very helpful.Were unhappy about the vents in the ceilings as could hear air noise. Particularly noticeable in bedroom at night. Can turn them off but no information telling you this.Generally would have liked printed information available in flat on appliances and local area, restaurants etc. Being given a website to look at is not the same. In an emergency want contact numbers for doctor /hospital/police etc in case internet is down /phone uncharged.

Hi Paul. Thank you for your review. I appreciate that a printed guide was your preference, however following Covid, paper guides were no longer recommended, so we introduced digital guides which contain a lot more detail and can be updated continually. Emergency contact numbers are in the guide along with instructions on how the bedroom fans can be switched on and off. Once opened the guide is downloaded onto your device so internet is not longer required. we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war von allem genug vorhanden (z.B. Besteck/Teller usw.) inkl. Spülmaschine.Der Wohn/Küchenbereich war sehr groß.Es war ein großer Balkon vorhanden mit seitlichen Blick auf das Meer, dort gab es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Die 2 Schlafzimmer waren von der Größe her ausreichend mit genug Schränken. Das es Bad und WC zweimal gibt war echt super.Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Wohnung haben genau zugetroffen.Der Strand war vor der Tür, die Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Das Auto parkt sicher unter dem Haus. Auch im Haus haben wir uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben.Check-In und Check-Out sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren angenehm und reibungslos. Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.Im Vergleich zu Frankreich/Spanien oder Italien war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis etwas teurer. Das gilt aber für alles in Großbritannien.Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und würden sie nochmal nehmen.

Beautiful beach-front apartment near Ramsgate harbour. Lovely furniture and fittings although there is no mirror with a socket near enough to dry hair (but there is a hair dryer). Second-floor, lift, parking space. Balcony with chairs. Beds comfortable. Towels are a little small, guest towel sized rather than hand towels. Tea/coffee/milk sachets for arrival. No non-slip mats for shower or bath which should be provided for safety. Lots restaurant/bars around. Best Marc-Pierre and Italian next door.
