Had a fantastic stay at the green volcano. Apartment was very clean, modern and had super comfortable beds. Location was really great and it was lovely and quiet at night. Would definitely come back and stay again

Bella vacanza

Casa molto bella e pulita (Red Volcano). C'è stato un piccolo errore perchè quando siamo arrivate, nella cassettina non era presente la chiave per entrare in casa. Abbiamo chiamato i numeri a disposizione e ci hanno dato sobito una sistemazione alternativa per la notte e poi per il resto del soggiorno (era un'altra casa uguale a questa). C'era un grande kit di benvenuto con merendine/marmellate/caffè molto apprezzato. Posizione eccellente vicino due spiaggie e vicina al lungomare. Per la pulizia quotidiana della casa consiglio di lasciare una scopa, visto che ne eravamo sprovviste.

Ci dispiace ancora per l’inconveniente con la chiave al momento dell’arrivo, ma siamo lieti che il nostro team sia riuscito a trovare rapidamente una soluzione e a garantire il proseguimento del soggiorno senza ulteriori disagi. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, normalmente lasciamo a disposizione degli ospiti una scopa e un mocio. In ogni caso, verificheremo quanto accaduto per assicurarci che tutto il necessario sia presente nell’alloggio. Speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente a Lanzarote!
