We spent a family vacation at the villa—a group of 13 people. Everything was perfect: the location, the cleanliness, the gym (which was a pleasant surprise), the pool, and the amenities. You can see and feel that every detail was carefully considered. Roberto and his parents are lovely and always available to help with anything. The villa’s location is fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves immensely; we will certainly recommend it to others and hope to return ourselves. Thank you very much.

Review for stay from 28 June 2025 to 05 July 2025

The property was beautiful and very clean, with amazing views, lovely rooms and bathrooms. We felt an outside covered seating area down by the pool for eating out lunch and dinner would have worked really well, as it was very hot and not much shade, the upper covered seating area was often in sun making it too hot for eating. Fantastic, best pool ever. Owner Very helpful, kept in touch all the time and responded when we had any issues, 10/10.

Review for stay from 31 August 2024 to 07 September 2024

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Acquaviva. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool are fabulous. We enjoyed using the bbq, outdoor terrace and pool area everyday - and there is a separate kitchen and toilet that is located by the pool. We were a group of 7 adults and we enjoyed the walk to Panicale which is a very old, authentic Italian hilltop town - we enjoyed coffee in the piazza, and an evening meal on the terrace of Hotel Rastrello. It is quite a steep hill from the villa to the main road, but we are all reasonably fit adults so did not find it a problem.

Mycket fint hus, fantastisk pool och otroligt vacker utsikt. Fint välkomnande med fruktskål och lite mousserande. Det enda negativa är de hårda sängarna.
