This charming house is located near Praia de Canide Sul, which boasts one of the most beautiful pedestrian walkways: watching the sunset here is a must for those seeking peace and quiet. In just a 10-minute drive, you’ll reach our beautiful city of Porto, where you can visit the historic centre. Also, don’t miss the Gaia wine cellars, just a few minutes’ drive from the property, where you can enjoy a tasting of the incredible Port wine.<br><br>The house is located in a family-friendly area and features plenty of natural light, a garden, a washing machine, a barbecue, an iron, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, air conditioning, outdoor parking on the property, mosquito screens in the bedroom, 4 televisions, and cable TV.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate guest house with a private kitchen and bathroom. This cosy spot is situated in the house’s garden.<br><br>Located just 3 minutes from the “Oficina do Pão,” where you can immerse yourself in Portuguese culture and visit the best bakery around. There you’ll find fresh bread every morning, and if you’re interested in heading to the beach after this delicious breakfast, you can always stop by “Grão Dáreia” for a snack and a cold drink.<br><br>LisBeyond is always ready to help you—available by phone and email during your stay! =)<br><br>Important Information<br>» Guests must complete a form with ID/passport information before or upon check-in.<br>» LATE-NIGHT CHECK-IN: For arrivals between 21:00 (21:00) and 9:00 (09:00), a late check-in fee of 25€ will apply. A week in Porto

Myself and my friends booked the villa for a stay to explore the city and it's surroundings. The local train station was close enough to get us in and out of the city with no issues and the beach was a nice walk away. Local amenities are close and the local cafes and bakeries are some of the best!

Charming and calm house

Positives - large enough to accommodate 9 of us using the garden room. Plenty of space inside and nice verandah at the front. kitchen was well equipped and had a drinks cooler. Close to the local supermarket, pingo, as we didn’t have a car Train is about 10 mins walk away, although trains are infrequent Uber into porto is easy and cheap Things that could be better- Of our large party only one person had a comfortable bed. In the garden room there was only one small pillow each. Showers were hot and cold. The entrance into the shower in the garden room would be very tight for some people as its very barrow Towels provided were poor quality Dining room table is very high for children as it doubles as a pool table (which you can’t use) We were unable to use the bbq - no charcoal provided Had to air the house for some time when we arrived - it hadn’t been occupied for some time and smelt very musty. Some plates were covered in mould.
