The upstairs main en-suite bedroom contains a double bed, and features a private balcony with Kleinmond beach views. The en-suite bathroom has a comfortable shower with 'his and hers' shower heads, as well as a bath. Downstairs, the second and third bedrooms also contain double-size beds. Both feature en-suite bathrooms with a shower each. Bedroom 2 also has a private patio area.

The house comprises open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas, and they are all connected to the braai/BBQ area. Flatscreen tv's are located in both the lounge and braai areas, and Dstv is available for viewing pleasure.
