A fully renovated, stylish center apartment located on Alexandrou Svolou, a street in Thessaloniki filled with life. Ideal for families and small groups, the apartment offers street view and a spacious living area for your stay.

The apartment provides all the amenities you need for a city break. This place could be your home away from home in the beautiful city of Thessaloniki. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. It features 2 bedrooms. One with a Queen size bed, and one with two single beds. The spacious living room offers a practical layout where you can gather to watch a movie on the mounted 45" TV, or spend time with your group.

With 50mbps Internet, a spacious dining table which can be used as a work space, and a desk in one of the bedrooms, the apartment is also ideal for remote working and long term tenants. We tried to create a beautiful environment, comfortable and stylish.
