Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und nicht weit von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Ein Norma ist gleich um die Ecke und ein Stück weiter ein Lidl. Den Weinbergen entlang ist auch ein Spielplatz mit Fußball und Basketballplatz.
