Great apartment in great location

You can't beat the location of the property as it is in the center of town. The property is kept up very nicely, but is beginning to show signs of wear. Water rings on the counters and rust on the downstairs bathroom fixture. The main issue I had was that there was mold on one of the bedroom walls where the air conditioner was installed. For the price of the room and the cleaning fee, I wouldve expected it to have been fixed before check in. We just cleaned it ourselves. If it wasnt for the above the rating would've been a 5. I would stay there again, provided mold issue is taken care of
