Welcome to my house!

Our two-bedroom house combines the tranquillity of a residential area with proximity to key attractions, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing yet dynamic stay.

The living room features a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, a dining area with a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that opens onto a terrace, perfect for unwinding.

There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first room has a double bed, while the second has a bunk bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including a bathtub; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Salford, located in Greater Manchester, is a vibrant and diverse urban area with a rich industrial history. This dynamic neighborhood has undergone significant redevelopment, blending historic architecture with modern amenities. The iconic Salford Quays, known for its waterfront attractions, theaters, and cultural venues, adds a touch of sophistication to the area.

MediaCityUK, home to major broadcasters and creative enterprises, has brought a contemporary and artistic vibe to Salford. The neighborhood offers a mix of residential spaces, green parks, and commercial hubs, providing a well-rounded living experience. With excellent transport links, including the Metrolink tram system, Salford ensures easy access to Manchester and beyond.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Exchange Quay, is just a 14-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
