Sans problème pour les anglophones. Les autres passez votre chemin. 2 heures au téléphone pour renseigner un tas de questions stupides et de transfert de CI et d'autoportait. Heureusement un membre du personnel de BIG... a été extrêmement disponible et efficace. Et heureusement nous parlons italien. Mon prochain sejour en Italie se fera directement avec le proprietaires.
