Beautiful property

Beautiful property in a well situation location in Tuscany with plenty of easy to get to places like Florence, Lucca, Pisa & San Gimignano. The many rooms were all en suite and were spacious and well equipped. Perfect place for a multiple family vacationa wedding weekend. The pool was huge and the outdoor sitting/eating areas were plentiful. The property owners live in a large house connected to the property so they are around when needed and tend to the garden and pool. What made the stay even better was Martina, the manager and concierge of the property who helped immensely and was very friendly! There is room for improvement in certain areas of the property but it seems these will be addressed for future guests.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is beautiful. We were 18 people and everybody loved it. Beautiful rooms. Great kitchen and dining areas. Several relaxing zones. Large pool. If we needed help with anything in the house, garden, pool, kitchenanything else, they responded immediately. Martina helped us with all our requests and it was like having a concierge available throughout the stay. Recommendations, bookings of restaurants, transportation, private chef and much more was taken care of with immediate response. No task was too smalltoo big. Our stay could not have been any better.

Friends Italian Holiday

Fabulous villa with an extremely helpful and informative host, Martina. The setting is gorgeous, not far from Lucca and Florence and close to the Autostrada and to the train station so everything was easy to reach! The villa is beautifully furnished and had everything, we as a group, could have wished for. A beautiful pool area, lovely outdoor dining area and of quiet places to retreat to. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and they are all very comfortable. As this was our first holiday together since covid we spent much of our time relaxing and catching up. We also visited Forte dei Marmi a very up market seaside resort, and went for an aperitivo and shopping in the nearby Montecatini We were sad to leave and wished we'd had more time to explore more of the area. We will return and Villa Per Sempe will be our first choice of accommodation. Many thanks to Martina for making our post covid reunion so special and successful.

A Birthday Celebration

Had an amazing stay at this villa for my 60th birthday celebrations with 17 friends. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, comfy beds, hot water for showers. Lots of outdoor seating areas covered and uncovered. All the rooms had their own sitting rooms, the pool area was spacious. Lovely communal sitting room. There is a fabulous kitchen if you want to prepare your own food with several dining areas. Just lots of space so you didn’t feel on top of one another. Martina the Villa manager was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her she did a prestock for us so we didn’t have to do any shopping. She organised a chef to prepare breakfasts which were delicious. Another one of our party was also celebrating their birthday so she ordered and delivered a cake on the day of his birthday. She organised transfers from the airport with a quick stop off to see the leaning tower of Pisa. We have a couple of very minor issues that were sorted within half an hour of us reporting them. All in all a fabulous place to stay, words used by my friends to describe the villa, amazing, fabulous, magical, wow - one friend even burst into tears when she arrived because she couldn’t believe how beautiful it was.
