The combination of the kitchen, dining table, and a relaxation area featuring a sofa with a chaise longue and a flat-screen TV in the same space creates a sense of expansive interior space. The decor is distinctive, with the wood of the stairs and exposed beams providing a backdrop to the blue of the sofa, rug, and chairs, and the red of the kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, moka pot, and electric kettle. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, and unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Public parking is located right outside the house.

The staircase behind the house leads directly to the main square with all the essential amenities—bars, shops, bus stops, and a sports field—; nature trails begin nearby, and the famous Giant Bench is just a short walk away.

Strategically located just under an hour’s drive from Milan, Bergamo, and their respective international airports, Lake Iseo is the ideal destination for exploring the ancient fishing villages of Montisola, immersing yourself in nature, enjoying walks in Tavernola and Lovere—charming lakeside villages—visiting the wineries of Franciacorta, and delighting your palate at the many restaurants offering local specialities.
Within about thirty kilometres, there are countless opportunities for relaxation and fun: Colere and Montecampione are the go-to destinations for skiing and walking; Presolana is perfect for trekking and high-altitude hikes; Boario is known for its thermal baths; and Valcamonica is the capital of archaeological tourism, with its 300,000 rock engravings and theme park.
