Great place to stay

We were looking for something to accomodate 6 couples near the cruise port that would allow us to hang out and play cards. The house is as the pictures show, also very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very spacious and cozy home

This is the first home I’ve stayed in that actually feels like a “home.” - Very spacious and nice house with plenty of room for me & my friends to stay at for Miami Music Week. I would definitely recommend this home.

Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review for the guest, I can never blame the guest directly but the home was left with a lot of damages as a party was done at the property with neighbors complaining on noise after hours as well as too many vehicles parked when there is a limit of cars allowed. Also there was fecal matter in the garage and in one of the bedrooms and damages to some of the blinds and extra cleaning costs. I can't say it was the traveler but definitely, the travelers guest who stayed caused damages.

The WZA travelers

The house was fine, but a little too far from the venue due to traffic. The neighborhood was pretty quiet within the immediate radius of the house. I wouldn't recommend exploring farther than that. Early arrival fee was automatically added on without request. Tried to coordinate early arrival but with last minute information we ended up getting in at normal check in but the fee was never removed. Property manager number was provided, I reached out but had no response and then they showed up at the house very late and unannounced to tell us not to flush toilet paper. Random things to know, water pressure was average and hot water took a while to get to temp for showers but were otherwise nice/big showers. Flood lights on a timer at night illuminate bedrooms quite a bit, so if you like darkness bring a mask. Had a decent amount of kitchen supplies. Check in list add ons: There is a 50$ fee for any use of the grill. If you break any dishware they ask you leave money on the counter. Beds were comfy. House is spacious, outdoor patio had boxes being stored. Communication with the property owner was below average. Check out process seemed reasonable.

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! DO NOT BOOK OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We are completely disgusted with this property. The house is in a very bad area, infested with cockroaches, and very dirty! I have pictures and proof of everything - dirty/torn bath towels, no bath mats, old and yellow stained pillows and pillowcases, no comforter/duvet covers, filthy rugs, inoperable washing machine, access code to the house was "1234", no paper towels, no dishwashing liquid, and ants everywhere! On our very first day there we had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase new bedding items, towels, toilet paper, etc. to make the place livable. The caretaker, Marie, was completely unhelpful and the owner never replied to my message as I asked him to call me. When I asked to shorten our stay at the property, he said "if you want to cut the trip short then address it with the site on their policies as I have not gotten paid yet" and never called me to discuss as I had asked him to call me. I have utilized VRBO on many occasions but this property is by far the worse! From safety issues to the living conditions on this property, I am concerned that others will experience the same issues and this is why I am leaving this comment/experience. If anyone has any questions, I am leaving my cell phone number here so that you can contact me for pictures, videos and other proof - 714.654.2545. The description to the property was absolutely misrepresented!!!! .

Great for big groups

Really great place for large groups. 15-30 min to all you need to see. Only downside was the fridge didn’t work for water and ice. There were no paper towels. There was also no shampoo or body wash. Not a huge deal, if you are prepared for it. Luckily, there is a grocery store 10 min walk away.

Perfect to bring friends or family together

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at the house recently. The location was great, near all the attractions and quiet at night. The features were all there and everything was just as expected. What we really loved the most was the large dining living area as it gave our decent sized one single area to mingle and hang out with each other. I would definitely recommend.

House as advertised, owner difficult to deal with

We had a great stay at John's house - everything was as advertised in the pictures, clean, and enjoyable. However, it has been difficult communicating with John and his property manager, Marie. She was unresponsive to calls and texts, and it has been very difficult getting the security deposit back (which I still haven't). I would avoid staying at John's properties unless you don't have to put down a security deposit.

This house was close enough to everything but not too close. Very clean and the five bedrooms were excellent. I spent most of the time around the kitchen area listening to music and planning my next event to participate in. I would recommend this house to anyone

Very nice property with plenty of space.

Very nice property that makes good use of space to accommodate large parties. While it's not very close to South Beach, it's easy to get there by car. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and seems safe.

Very central and about 15 to 25 min from almost anywhere you need to be by uber. South beach, design district, north beach, wynwood, brickell, adventures, and even hollywood beach. Because of covid restrictions, only 10 persons or less are allowed to book.
