Super location, walking distance to most of tourists traps. Subway not super close it you get a lot of busses. Host was super chill and the apartment had AC.

Thanks for this! Trastevere is great for exactly that reason, everything's walkable even if the subway's a bit of a walk. Glad the AC did its job and you had a good stay overall. Hope to host you again sometime!

The location was not centrally located and the road traffic was non stop since the property was on a major thoroughfare.

Rome on foot!

If you want a place to live in Rome (7 weeks for us) this is a perfect location, beautiful neighborhood, steps from bus stops 44,75 and 115 and convenient walk to Campo dei Fiori for fresh produce and Via Carini for services and other shopping! Also convenient walk to Conad. Apartment is in a well maintained building, spacious, bright, comfortable, and kitchen is well supplied for cooking meals with adequate storage. Staff always timely to answer requests, Rome is a fabulous city to experience!

The property is about a 10 min walk from the charming area of cafes and great restaurants. The apartment is spacious, almost feels like a one level house. Definitely appears like someone's home with lots of personal decoration, books, CD's, stereo, video tapes for children. Internet worked great. Cute little kitchen. Traditional, old fashioned furnitures, which give the place extra charm. Remember you are staying at someone else's place, not a hotel. We enjoyed the two bathrooms, two showers, two toilets. Communication with management was great.

This was a great place ! Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a quaint kitchen and dining room. Walking distance to manny shops and restaurants. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars: bed needs replacing , VNF is a very busy street & the window cover didn’t work in the larger room with see through curtains . Also the cover in the other room stuck in down position which made it very dark . It’s a 10 charge for them to order you a cab (65 vs 55) and then it was an additional 6 to use credit card . Flavio, our host was very timely, responsive and helpful. I wish he’d reminded me to leave keys on the table and not in the lock . Otherwise very nice home. Neighborhood is hip and lively- lots of colorful graffiti, two parks nearby, too .

Thank you for such a detailed review! We're so glad Flavio was timely and helpful throughout your stay, and that you enjoyed exploring the neighborhood — it really is one of the liveliest and most colorful corners of Rome. We've taken note of your comments about the bed and the window covers in both bedrooms, and we're looking into these as part of our maintenance. Thanks also for flagging the taxi booking costs — we'll make sure this is communicated more clearly upfront in the future. We really appreciate this kind of feedback, and hope to host you again soon!

We loved the neighborhood and the apartment was spacious and clean. I have stayed in other 2 bedroom apartments in Roma and this was, by far, the largest and most lovingly decorated. Great communication with the host and Flavio was very responsive and easy to work with. Some issues with accessing the streaming services that were solved with a fire stick. Others raised concerns about the "sheer curtains" in the bedroom, but there are sturdy, room-darkening blinds that can be raised and lowered by a pulley cord located behind the right side curtain. The beds were extremely comfortable and just what we needed after 14 hours of flying time! The living room furniture could use updating but otherwise this place earns an A! Thank you for helping to make our first stop in Europe so memorable!

Thank you for such a generous review! So glad this turned out to be the largest and most comfortable of the two-bedrooms you've stayed in, and that Flavio was on hand to sort out the streaming setup. Good catch on the blackout blinds behind the curtain — that's exactly what they're there for after a long flight! We'll take your note about the living room furniture on board. Really glad we could be part of such a memorable first stop in Europe!

Trastevere Stay

Overall, the apartment is quite comfortable. Dasha made check-in super easy. A reasonably convenient area, but be aware that there are a lot of hills and stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone. *Note for the management team: the primary bed mattress needs to be replaced, as it has caved in the center.* Additionally, a Moka pot would be nice to have. We did not cook in the apartment, but you could easily prepare meals there if you wished.

Several aspects of the property were not satisfactory. Noisy at night due to street outside bedrooms; see through curtains in bedrooms at street level; Slippery conditions in the mvinfloor bathroom; furniture in living room old and not comfortable; beds not made first night and no extra blankets (I used a towel as a blanket first night.Location is great, but the above was not satisfactory.
