About this property
Highlands Holiday House in the heart of Coastal Brora
In the heart of the thriving village of Brora with its stunning coastline, gorgeous beaches, golf courses and places to visit the house makes a fantastic base to explore the Highlands.
The house is on the main High Street so local shops, restaurants and take-aways are only moments away and it's only a five minute walk to the beach (Winner 2023 Scotland's Best Beach Awards!) or Brora Golf Course.
The house is dog friendly with an enclosed garden, two upstairs bedrooms plus an additional family room downstairs with a double sofa bed.
The living room has an alcove for dining and the separate family room has a desk in case you need to work away. Both have TVs, excellent internet speeds and comfy seating. The upstairs bedrooms are light and airy with full size windows (plus Velux in one) and blanket boxes forming window seats .
The garden is laid to gravel and fully enclosed, accessed via the kitchen door, 5m along the driveway to the garden gate. The playing field beyond can be used for dog walking.
The mainline station is a five minutes walk away but a car is useful for exploring. There is space to park two regular sized cars at the back of the property with further parking if needed in a nearby carpark.
As with many old properties the stairs are steep and narrow and may not be suitable for very young children or those with mobility issues. There are stair gates fitted at the top and bottom but visitors, parents and carers should assess any possible risks for themselves.
