Een leuk authentiek Italiaans familiehuis. Het huis is tegen de berg aan gebouwd en ligt direct aan de weg naar het dorp. Het huis bestaat uit de begane grond waar zich 2 appartementen bevinden. De bovenste verdieping wordt bewoond door de familie. Het tuintje ligt aan de zijkant van het huis grenzend aan het terras/balkon dat om het huis heenloopt. Voldoende ruimte dus buiten. Zowel zon als schaduw. De keuken is wat sumier uitgerust, een waterkoker zou bijvoorbeeld handig zijn. Evenals wat simpele schoonmaakmiddelen om tussendoor het sanitair te kunnen opfrissen en de vloeren even te dweilen. Voor verblijf met honden is het niet aan te raden. Er is in de directe omgeving van het huis geen mogelijkheid de hond behoorlijk uit te laten. Met andere woorden, een prima, basic vakantieverblijf met geweldig uitzicht op zee en bergen.
