With several buses nearby and the D subway line (colored green), 100 meters (300 feet) from the Buenos Aires botanical garden and with the Palermo woods nearby

The apartment fits two people, wide, interal, without any street noises, with two single beds, a working desk, with two wardrobes (one in the hall and another one in the bedroom), a gas stove, hot and cold AC, fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, silverware, towels and bedclothes.
300 megs wifi, 32 inch cable TV in the living room.

When reserving, please let us know your arrival time so as to be able to coordinate our presence to let you in the building, give you the apartment instructions and hand over the keys.

We'll be providing toilet paper, soap and detergent. However, if they run out during your stay, you'll have to resupply yourself if needed.

Please wash bed and bath clothes separate from personal clothes to avoid decoloring.
