Fantastic apartment with sea views, located near Canyelles beach in Roses.

It is distributed as follows: on the main floor there is a bright living-dining room which offers a splendid view of the sea and has direct access to the terrace, and a semi-open kitchen.

Stairs lead to the ground floor consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a complete bathroom with shower and WC, and another separate WC.

It is equipped with: reversible air conditioning in the living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, private parking space.

This apartment, ideal for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava, has been renovated in 2023.

It enjoys an ideal location as it is close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Roses: Canyelles (stairs lead down to the beach).

Pets, smokers and groups of young people are not allowed.
