The apartment is functionally furnished with a good kitchen in open connection to the living room, which is furnished with comfortable furniture and TV. Bedroom with good beds and good with closet space. From the living room there is access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the summer evenings.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
