High located holiday cottage with full view of the Aarhus bay. 2 storeys with bedrooms on either floor. Open concept kitchen and living means everyone can spend time together while preparing dinner. 1st floor has a balcony from which you can observe nature and the ocean view. The house is located in a quiet area and the children can play ball games in the garden.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wir werden gebeten, eine Stellungnahme zum Ferienhaus Knebel abzugeben. Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Haus in wunderschöner Lage und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht vom großen Schlafzimmer / Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss. Ein großer Garten mit genügend Gartenstühlen, um draußen zu sitzen, wenn das Wetter es zulässt. Auch ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um Djursland zu erkunden sowie zum Beispiel zu. Arhus. Eine schöne hügelige Gegend mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Der ca. 500 m entfernte Strand ist mit Seetang bewachsen, was das Haus betrifft, müssen wir ehrlich sein, es könnte inzwischen ein neues Gesicht bekommen. Die Reinigung war minimal und die Schränke waren überfüllt mit Sachen vom Eigentümer. Backofen, dessen Knöpfe nicht mehr lesbar sind und dessen Gestelle unten tiefer liegen. Küchentüren reinigen keine Fenster, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, Schaumbad leckt fehlender Feuerlöscher. Alle Betten sind 1 Pers. Für das Masterbett benötigen Sie jedoch 2 Pers. Bettlaken (bei der Anmietung ist zu beachten). Eine bessere Kontrolle durch DanCenter hinsichtlich der Einhaltung Ihres eigenen Reinigungsauftrags wäre wünschenswert. Mit dem Auto kann man natürlich alles in Djursland besichtigen, was es zu sehen gibt. Wird nicht angezeigt, aber das Haus ist nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Trotzdem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, indem wir nicht viel auf die oben genannten Minuspunkte geachtet haben.
