A quiet and charming little townhouse with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Located in a residential area. A lovely little yard for barbecuing and playing. Located near a small park 100 m down the hill. Close to the Otra River with a promenade leading to the Quart Bridge, which connects to city centre; close to city centre; 10 minutes by car from the Zoo; near Aquarama; near the university; near the hospital and Baneheia. Many good restaurants are 20 minutes away. Located 100 metres from the Joker convenience store. Bicycle and walking paths lead to everything.
