The space
Awaiting you is a comfortable living area equipped with everything you need to meet your every need, featuring high ceilings and a large window that create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere.

You’ll find a “LUBE CREO” kitchenette where you can try your hand at preparing delicious meals, drawing inspiration from Modena’s lively spirit, thanks to the various appliances provided: an induction cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle, along with a selection of “Borbone” coffee capsules and a variety of tea bags and herbal teas.

You’ll also find a comfortable single-person sofa bed where you can relax while watching TV shows, films, or videos on streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube thanks to the 32-inch Smart TV: all without
interruptions thanks to the fast 1 Gb/ps connection, which allows you to fully enjoy streaming and efficient web browsing.

Through the hallway, you’ll then have access to the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, large sink with a lighted mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower that will ensure you feel completely rejuvenated in total relaxation and comfort.

Each guest will be provided with a set of soft towels in three different sizes.

Finally, you’ll arrive at the cosy double bedroom, ready to welcome you and offer the utmost comfort thanks to the soft queen-size mattress, which will ensure a restful sleep
and peaceful dreams. The room is equipped with a closet and a chest of drawers where you can store your belongings during your stay.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a selection of teas, herbal teas, coffee capsules, and mineral water.

“DAIKIN” air conditioners will ensure the right temperature year-round, tailored to your needs. In addition, you’ll have access to high-speed fiber-optic internet, allowing for fast and efficient browsing (1 Gb/ps).

Guest Access
Access to the apartment is via self-check-in, allowing you to enter completely on your own. Access instructions will be provided on the day of check-in via a message containing an access link.
Other things to keep in mind
Upon arrival at the property, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax by credit card or Satispay.

On the day of check-in, once you have received the access link to the property, please complete the “Documents” section on your own by uploading a selfie holding your ID. This process must be completed no later than 24 hours after your arrival to comply with public safety requirements.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If you plan to enter the area by car, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a pass.

To park your car for free in an area adjacent to the apartment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide a pass to display on your vehicle’s dashboard.
