Laylas Beach Art House

This spectacular attic duplex with ocean and mountain views is located in the charming seaside town of El Cotillo, in the northern part of the island, about 40 minutes from the airport. It is the pearl of Fuerteventura. There are marvellous beaches, one of which is a five-minute walk from this lovely property. At another beach called La Concha, you’ll find calm turquoise waters and white sand, reminiscent of the Caribbean.<br>The freshest fish imaginable is available at the fishermen’s harbour down the road.

I am confused as you are the first person to say the apartment has 'considerable signs of aging.'Most people absolutley love the place and find it good value for the money.Of course it is impossible to please all of the people all of the time.
