BEWARE!!!!

VRBO should vet the properties they list. I have used VRBO before and have never been disappointed. When the taxi driver pulled up he looked at us really funny and we were really confused about the location ourselves. From what I have seen and read, this is/was public housing and you could sure tell. The pictures were well taken showing some new cheap furniture and new kitchen cabinets and tiled bathrooms but looks were definitely deceiving!!! The minute we walked in the door, the smell of bleach hit us. 3 of us had burning eyes and the other we did not know was allergic to bleach and had some respiratory issues for just the short time we were checking out the location. We immediately got in touch with VRBO and explained not only the bleach smell, but the place had dust bunnies, needed a paint job, the flooring was in poor condition as well as the base boards and doors. It is just too much to explain. When going back and looking at the pictures, I noticed there were no pictures of the outside of the place and we did not get the address until the morning we were to check in. We only stayed long enough to charge a phone to contact VRBO and find a hotel for the night and accommodations for the rest of our stay in London. VRBO was no help at all.
